|Is HYPOXI Training only for Ladies?|
No, HYPOXI Training is suitable for men and women.
The Vacunaut Training targets fat loss from the stomach and hips.
In our studio, each individual's training session is specialized to meet their needs.
|What is HYPOXI Dermology?|
The HYPOXI Dermology Treatment firms and regenerates the connective tissue and skin, activates the lymphatic system and eliminates toxins.
|How much time do I need?|
30 minutes of HYPOXI Training with Trainer L 250 or Trainer S120 or Vacunaut Training.
The HYPOXI Combination Therapy consists of 20 minutes of HYPOXI Dermology treatment and 30 minutes of HYPOXI Training.
Allow an extra 20 minutes for your first session (body-analysis and measurements).
Best results for shaping your body are achieved by doing 3 training sessions per week.
|What clothing should I bring with me?|
HYPOXI Training and Dermology Treatment:
Comfortable track suit bottoms, a t-shirt with sleeves, socks and training shoes.
Our HYPOXI Studio will provide you with a Vacunaut under garment. You must bring a pair of socks and training shoes. For detailed information please contact our HYPOXI Studio.
|Should I follow a special nutrition program or not?|
Before HYPOXI Training
About 1 – 4 hours before the training, consume meals based on carbohydrates (preferably wholegrain products).
On the HYPOXI Training days
Please remember that sufficient liquid intake is important. 2 – 3 liters of water or herbal tea is recommended.
After HYPOXI Training
Do not have any carbohydrates for the next 8 hours. Meals should be mainly based around lean proteins combined with non-starchy vegetables and salad (light dressing/oil & vinegar based).
On non HYPOXI Training days
You must avoid sugar, alcohol and foods high in fat.
Only eat foods that are nutrient dense. 2 – 3 liters of water or herbal tea is recommended.
|Should I exercise (do other sports) in addition?|
On the HYPOXI Training day
No sports activities should be taken on the same day as HYPOXI training, particularly sports afterwards. This will only delay the outcome of the therapy. If you need to participate in sporting activities on the same day as your Hypoxi training, they should be concluded at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. They should be moderate in intensity.
The days between HYPOXI Training
Cardio, weight training and all sports are allowed.
|Why do you measure the skin temperature at the thigh?|
Thighs high in cellulite are normally cooler during classical training. During a HYPOXI training session your blood supply and metabolism is increased which results in the cellulite in your thighs rising in temperature. We measure the skin temperature to ensure the therapy is sufficiently targeting the specified area.
|When will I see (get) the first results in shaping?|
Each HYPOXI training device allows you to concentrate on fat loss at your problem areas. Depending on your personal predisposition that loss is almost 3 times more than without HYPOXI Training. For example, if your thighs were your problem area then each kg (kilogram) of body weight lost results in 1 cm circumference lost in that area. In 5-6 weeks, most clients see results in a full dress size lost. Your results with HYPOXI Therapy Training will depend on your initial physique and your expectations. Most of our clients achieve their goal during a period of 1-3 months.
|Is it possible to do HYPOXI Training with varicose veins?|
Yes, HYPOXI Training relieves the veinous system of the legs. The combination of light changes of pressure and simultaneous muscular movement helps the veins and also the lympahtic system.
With varicose veins try to avoid the following:
- treatments with heat
- standing a long time without movement
- sitting with crossed legs
|Who is excluded from HYPOXI Therapy?|
People who experience serious conditions in the following parts of the body:
- heart and circulatory system
- the blood vessels
- the metabolism in general
- the bones and muscles
|Hypoxi Training is not allowed for people with the following conditions:|
- inflammation and infection
- any pain
Any preexisting condition that precludes mild aerobic or bike training.
|After pregnancy when is it possible to restart HYPOXI Training?|
Once your gynecologist approves mild bike or aerobic excercise you can restart your HYPOXI Training.
After a caesarean delivery, you must be cleared by your gynecologist before restarting your HYPOXI Training.
|Can mothers who breast feed participate in Hypoxi Training?|
HYPOXI Training with the Trainer L250 or S120 is possible, but it is important that the temperature of your legs increases.
HYPOXI Dermology treatments and Vacunaut Training are NOT possible while breast feeding!
|My training sessions are late in the evening. Is it necessary to eat?|
If you have had enough nutrients (including proteins) during the day then you do not need to eat post training. If you cancel the meal completely your body will have a very high post exercise energy consumption. It is important to ensure that the body receives enough liquids with 0 calories post training.
